The Disintegration of the Persistence of Memory~ Salvadore Dali

The Pisces New Moon of 2018 occurs on March 17th @ 27° of Pisces.  This is the last New Moon in Pisces before Chiron’s ingress of Aries and as such showcases the previous years’ transit of Chiron through this sign.

The annual Pisces New Moon offers an end of year/cycle opportunity to release the previous years’ struggles and to offer and receive Forgiveness for transgressions, real or imagined. A time of healing intentions being sown; as well as a time conducive to inner reflection of the previous years experience. This year we also reflect and rectify our experience of the Chiron transit of the past 7 years as we look ahead to Chiron’s ingress of Aries in the coming weeks.

Forgiving does not erase the bitter past. A healed memory is not a deleted memory. Instead, forgiving what we cannot forget creates a new way to remember. We change the memory of our past into a hope for our future.
— Lewis B. Smedes

Co-Rulers Neptune and Jupiter, newly retrograde, are once again in a forming trine. Go Big or Go Home emotionalism, possessiveness, illusion or escapism is possible as is the attainment of Blessed Transcendence and Luminosity of Spirit. Which may occur, and for whom, is likely dependent on one’s comfort level within the Ocean of Pure Potential.  Those that are able to transcend the painful illusion of lone-ness and to merge with the All-Light One-Love hold an advantage in these energies.  (more…)

Mercury turns retrograde on March 22nd @ 17° Aries. Direct station occurs April 15th @ 5° Aries. Mercury enters shadow phase on March 9th.

Representative of our thought aptitude and perception, Mercury rules all forms of  communications, methods of transport and commerce. During retrograde periods glitches can occur within communication systems, modes of transport and commerce related dealings.

On a personal level cognitive skills are often challenged and making decisions my require extra patience and time. While Mercury Rx periods are generally not considered favorable for making contractual agreements or committing oneself to new projects for anything begun from scratch during this time often needs to be reworked later or just doesn’t get off the ground at all.

Retrograde period is conducive to putting effort into ongoing projects through a whole slew of “RE-words” such as:  reorganize, reedit, renegotiate, re-navigate, reformulate, reconsider, redefine, reprocess, reinstall etc, etc.

Often issues that crop up that we attribute to Mercury being retrograde tend to sort themselves away if we are patient and don’t complicate the issue further. No action can often be the best course during Mercury RX.

The New Moon Solar Eclipse @ 28′ Aquarius occurs on February 15, 2018.

Nodal axis to New Moon orb is rather wide so I wouldn’t expect the Eclipse itself to be of strong effect; yet with close orbs present in other configurations I believe this will be a significant Moon.

Sun/Moon are tightly conjunct Mercury, and Juno, and this Eclipse is South Node oriented. Uranus (Eclipse co-ruler) is partile sextile Mercury and Saturn (Eclipse co-ruler) is partile sextile Venus. With Mars in a forming square to Venus and the Sun/Moon/Merc/Juno formation recently separated from a Jupiter square there are a lot of players showing up for this Moon.

Key to delineating this Moon is the partile sextiles of Uranus/Mercury and Saturn/Venus. Breakthrough idea’s and communications in regard to Aquarian areas (groups/common interests/originality) will foster opportunity for long-term, stable relationships with people/situations/things that are beneficial and highly desirable provided the sanctity of the relation is observed. sunmoonstars Transiting Neptune opposes my Sun once again. Though this be the last full on the mouth smooch my Sun receives from this Fairy Tale weaver I am unable to glean a single fruitful purpose for this long waltz.

This has not been an easy transit. Meningitis during the Saturn-Neptune square to my Sun altered my thought processes and rearranged memories. I’ve fallen in love over and over; with people and art and music…and it’s been lonely and tiring. No thing has crystallized. No thing has returned the love. Ego-less giving; the lesson. I have yet to make the grade I think…maybe.

So ruminating on exactly this as I had my hands submerged in water(Neptune) preforming the necessary chore of dish washing (Virgo Sun) I received a directive. “Go ask Rumi”.

Ok. I love Rumi. I’m all over this.

BTW..Rumi has/had a natal Sun Neptune Opposition

Rumi advises:

Excerpt from “A Great Wagon” Interpretation Coleman Barks

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
there is a field. I’ll meet you there.
When the soul lies down in that grass,
the world is too full to talk about.
Ideas, language, even the phrase “each other”
doesn’t make any sense.
The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you.
Don’t go back to sleep.
You must ask for what you really want.
Don’t go back to sleep.
People are going back and forth across the doorsill
where the two worlds touch.
The door is round and open.
Don’t go back to sleep.” ~Rumi

And then this:

“When I am silent I fall into that place where everything is music.” ~Rumi

Thank You Rumi.

I Love You.

More Forthcoming…

Pluto turns retrograde @ 7°30′ Capricorn on April 9th, 2011 and remains retrograde until September 16th, 2011 when direct station occurs at 4°53′ Capricorn.

Transformational Pluto seeks to empower individual and societal entities through the eradication of that which is non-beneficial and incongruous to the future well-being of said entity. Pluto assists us in reinventing portions of our lives that we were previously unable, or unwilling, to adapt on our own so that we might move forward on our path unencumbered by previous obstacles or outworn patterns/programs.

Governmental structures and large business institutions are beholden to Capricorn and while Pluto transits this sign these area’s are being continually, if seemingly at times slowly, purified to the core. As of the current time that I am penning this post, we in the U.S. are just a few short hours away from finding out if the “threat”(as termed by some mainstream media venues) of a Governmental Shutdown of “non-essential departments and programs” becomes a reality.

If this shutdown occurs it will be just hours before Pluto officially turns retrograde. Regardless if the shutdown takes place or no, the next weeks that Pluto remains on this retrograde degree will likely churn up previously “hidden” information related to this situation. As Uranus and Pluto tighten their square in the forthcoming weeks agitation in the U.S.  over this situation will likely be strongly present within public sentiment and may be the impetus for much larger changes occurring in 2012 and onward when the Uranus-Pluto squares come exact. Of course since September of 2010 while Pluto has been traveling direct numerous significant global events have occurred that relate directly to the transformation of Capricorn structures and those events too shall be revisited at another level if Pluto deems it necessary.
