If you are a sensitive, you may have noticed the energies becoming increasingly intense these past years.
Maybe you are now beginning to feel energies. More and more people are.
A few close to me have begun to feel energies this past year, and it is so very exciting to share in their enthusiasm. At times though, they can feel overwhelmed as they have yet to learn how to manage and flow energies that are within their spaces.
Being empathic is an incredible gift. Empaths are capable of tremendous levels of compassion, and are often healers in many different service professions. Some empaths, while not easily identified due to their not being employed in health related fields, are none the less serving humanity by their willingness to assist in the transmutation of global energies as they go about their daily living, without ever drawing any attention to themselves and their important role to humanity.
Most sensitives would likely agree, it can be quite difficult to seperate what is yours, and what is not, in the beginning stages of development. Also, as the energies are now increasing in intensity globally, even the most seasoned empaths are at times struggling to adjust. Some are reporting either overwhelming emotion, others physical discomfort, or both.
If you are a self-acknowledged sensitive, and are suddenly finding your old techniques are no longer effective, there is no need to freak out, thinking that you have somehow backtracked in your growth! (Many of us have had that response at times. Remember, knowledge attained is always retained, provided, you are staying conscious and commanding your ship!). We are in a period of accelerated change and this is necessitating our need to reevaluate the way we have done/worked it before and update our ways of doing most everything in our lives.
If you are a sensitive, and have successfully navigated life until now(obviously if you are reading this, you have!), know you are strong and resilient, even if you at times feel anything but, and pick up your chin and adjust your tool chest accordingly. Switch it up by putting aside what is no longer working and be assured that what you now need will come to you in some way, provided you make room for new tools by not continuing to chip away with tools that are no longer serving you.
I offer this simple technique that I developed as an alternative to my usual fare. If you find you are in need of updating your tools you may wish to try it on for size.
Note: This technique is based upon my belief that because we are all part of one, larger energy and we exist within a co-creative plane, it is an impossibility to separate oneself entirely from the collective energy field.(I am aware there are many current trains of thought on our ability to ‘create our realities’. From experience I accept that I share a reality, co-energy, with the whole. Even though I do consciously design and maintain my little island to the best of my ability, I feel I am to help collective healing occur by healing myself first, and mastering the usage of my personal energy within the whole unit. Due to my viewpoint, I do not practice techniques that consist of walling myself off in any manner from the energy of others. I flow energies, I do not block them. It just simply has never been effective for me.
Technique for Flowing External Energies
This technique is most effective if you:
- Are not wishing to transmute an external energy for any reason, ie. you do not feel it is yours to do or your energy field is not sufficiently charged and you feel it may be of detriment to yourself to transmute said energy.
1. As soon as you have identified an external energy as being likely as the reason for your sudden emotionality that does not seem to stem from your current situations, or if you suddenly feel physically stressed(rapid-heart beat, muscle tension, hot flashes, shortness of breath..these are all typical for empaths) and your physical reaction does not seem to correlate to your current state of being, take a moment, and put the brakes on!
2. Visualize your physical body and surrounding space(aura/etheric bodies), as being transparent. NOT invisible. Transparent, a sheer white. If you see any colors within your space, that signify a concern for you, simply adjust them to the transparent white, or transmute these personal discordant energies and release them if you so choose.
3. After adjusting your personal energy to transparency, visualize the external energies coming into your field. I feel and see these as waves, much like the shimmer of heatwaves moving horizontal through the air.
4. Intend that the waves of external energy are now going to pass through you, and continue on their way, without any of the energy sticking to you, or being transmuted by you. Just relax, and allow it all to flow through.
5. That’s all there is to it! Just flow the energy waves, do not block them nor hold onto them, there is no need to do so.
I found after I utilized this a few times, it became an autopilot feature for me. I feel ‘incoming’, I do not resist, I simply “GO TRANSPARENT” and flow it on through.
It really is that simple!

Although you wrote this valuable piece in Nov 2009, I’m just reading it now. You are an energy healer! I love the word energy as it’s all about life cycles, transformation and all living creatures, the weather etc.
I am an empath for certain, no doubt about it. Your article concerning boundaries (that I read before this one) is of great interest to me. When I was a teen-ager, my father broke down the bathroom door that I had locked for privacy, and then totally removed that door from its hinges. I love the concept of aura protection through visualizing a white light or bubble around me. I do that well! Having said that, I’m now trying to comprehend the practice of letting outside energies flow through me. Is it similar to letting sound flow in one ear and out the other, without retaining and holding on to it’s message, such as what people say or background noises? Is it a form of tuning out, such as the TV being on, but not hearing it? My friend says that when she is at home with her husband, she pretends that he is not there. Is that it? I feel the need here for personal growth and emotional adjustment, on my part. I fear letting in discordant energies. “God forbid, letting his discordant energies enter my white bubble to disturb me!” Wink, wink! I live with a man who is one huge, discordant energy ball for me.
Here’s this week’s personal story: In my job, I may come in contact with 300 people per day. I feed them (not a waitress) and it’s perfect for me. I LOVE the people, but my job is high stress. Unexpectedly, this past week, more time off was allotted me and I was thrilled because that is recuperation time! That big discordant energy ball that I live with was determined that I was never alone (which is vital to me) or would not have a moment’s peace. I felt close to tears every moment and simply could not recharge and revitalize myself to return to work. Today is a work day.
With the dynamic set up of the planets now, everyone is feeling stressed. Nothing tragic has happened to me yet, but just feeling this enormous, uncomfortalbe stress. It feels like a readjustment is in order and that we or I might need to deal with old problems in new ways. Your method of letting the energy flow through, I’m going to try to do it.

It is the first example. If you deliberately ignore something..you are still placing focus on it and it requires a continual energy output to hold something at bay, per se, which can be quite draining and often is interpreted by another as an affront, even if on a subconscious level, so they will just push even harder against your energy.
Energies are only discordant as long as we deem them so. Sure..what someone is sending your way they may have chosen to set as an energy of anger frequency..but you needn’t accept it as such. That’s just some pure, strong energy that you can take and get a nice boost to clean your house, or walk your dog, or charge up your batteries in any way you see fit. It’s not vamping because they made the choice to throw it away..or your way..you know? 😉 That..is transmuting in it’s purest form. We accept energy that others wish to either project in not-so-nice ways or that they just don’t want to own for whatever reasons and we DO something productive with them. As you learn to work energies this way with practice you’ll work them on a far larger scale and then be able to feed back neutralized energies to the collective for any that wish to tap them. We are recyclers for sure!
Now..if you pick up sudden blasts from the collective…you can just choose to let it flow through by NOT listening to what they are speaking or paying them any mind whatsoever. The minute you identify with it..it will stick. Hence go transparent and don’t analyze how it feels, or what it says…just let it pass through. And they do very quickly if we don’t link in.
As for your live-in discordant energy ball…try not reacting at all..zero..zip. Takes some practice but if you don’t react to any of the others discordant projections by just letting them flow through or by accepting the energy joyfully and as a boon to your own levels I think you’ll notice some very interesting dynamics occurring. Set your boundaries on what you want all energy to be when it crosses your personal zone and hold that firm. Like: all energy that I accept SHALL be like ______. And it will be exactly that with a bit of practice and being unwavering in your intention.

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude for the information you supplied here and the time you took in order to do that. Thank you, Kachina. I found myself stuck in the stagnant energy cesspool last week. This week I took your counsel and applied, tried and experimented with your energy info. I probably WAS analyzing and registering how HIS energy felt and what he was sending to me in the previous week. His energy stuck to me because I was focusing on his negative energy field and held it in place for both of us. Feeling ignored, he did indeed push harder against my energy. This week was as good as it could be, living with a person not compatible with me.
It is my hope that others who read your information about energy transmuting, recycling, recharging batteries, neutralizing energy etc. will benefit and enrich their own lives as well. There is a wealth of valuable, concentrated and excellent energy knowledge here that is life enhancing, BIG TIME! This is like a gift! It IS a gift.

Check your synastry charts for contacts from the Moon and Mars of other people to your Jupiter. I have many personal relationships that my Jupiter contacts the Moon and/or Mars of another and with those people I am a transmutation whiz. I find everything related to their moon and mars endearing and amusing…seriously! They can be pissed off to the extreme and I will find it darling..like instant transmutation is occurring and then they quickly diffuse and lighten up too.
