Born into the Neptune in Scorpio generation(1956-1970), my Neptune takes residence in my 5th House(creativity, children, love affairs). My feelings about my daughters, the off-spring of my creativity and my paramours, flow through me with an intensity that I have had a need to re-channel in a productive manner.
Scorpio is a fixed sign and a water element. Intensely passionate, possessive, focused and transformational. These are the flavors of the 8th sign of the Zodiac, for better or worse.
Neptune is the God of the Sea. Glorious Neptune can inspire you, enlighten you and take you into depths so enthralling, you care little if you ever surface. On the flip side, the illusive nature of Neptune can leave you in the land of make-believe, if you fail to discern the big picture, and stubbornly insist on only seeing ‘that which you wish to see’.
Learning to steer my Neptune through my Scorpionic 5th house was no easy task. It has taken me the better part of my 40 years to even begin to feel that just maybe, I am getting there. I UNDERSTAND it now, I flow with it, I redirect it when it becomes intense. I allow it to speak..I bring forth the passion and depths of my Scorpionic-Neptune Love. From this flow, I access an unlimited well-spring of energy for creative endeavors.
By allowing myself to drift in those oceans, to let the waters of these two strong forces to flow around me, through me, without fear of drowning in their sometimes turbulent undertow…I not only survive, I thrive.
On these pages(accessed by the links below), of Neptune Expressed, are my creations born of self-therapy. Some of these writings are quite raw, I do not tend to edit what comes forth when my purpose is to use writing as a transformation therapy for overly intense internal energies. Is what I have written ‘good’ in the eyes of others?..I have no idea. This truly is for me, and about me.
Yet if this should inspire you, to look closer at your own Scorpionic and/or Neptunian energies, and to utilize them in a healthier manner for yourself, should you find that you are feeling the self-sabotaging sting of the Scorpion, or are lost in the mists of Neptune, well, then I suppose my service to others today was fulfilled and in a manner that I find delightful!

Neptune in the fifth house is deeply archetypal when it comes to creative expression.
Have you seen “Women In Love” by Ken Russell? There is a very pivotal Neptune in Scorpio/Fifth House scene in that movie. In fact, much of Lawrence’s work is imbued with a similar spirit.
My Neptune, also in Scorpio is opposite yours in the 11th House, but right on the 12th House cusp.

rpm1122,
I have not had the pleasure of seeing ‘Women In Love’, but upon your recommendation, I hope to get the opportunity to view it sometime soon.
Your assessment of the archetypal element of Neptune/5th resonates with me deeply, for I perceive most everything within the scope of archetypes and energies.
I cannot say that I find Neptune to be enviable when it is straddling houses..lol…mine within one house firmly, has been enough of a challenge.
Thanks for sharing! 🙂
Blessings~

Neptune at 6 degrees of Scorpio falls in my 3rd house along with my Sun and Mars (also at 6 degrees of Scorpio). The intensity and depth of my personality is somewhat overwhelming, as you can imagine! Thank you for discussing the combination of these forces!!

Hi Vicki~
Sun/Mars/Neptune in a 3rd house Scorpio….are you a mystery writer by chance? 😉
Yes I would imagine you are a deeply penetrating personality and likely bore quickly with anything that feels shallow.
Glad you visited..hope you’ll come back and share again!

Neptune Scorpio generation is of course, trining Neptune Pisces transit and partying (if that’s the word) with Chiron. With Pisces rising trining Neptune Scorpio 9th House, the words coming to mind are poetry in an ocean of emotion ever flowing across, throughout and within the collective and deeply individual journey home. Death as illusion, we pay (or have paid) the ferryman and through the mists of a vision held, as yet to be seen we dream awake our slumbering unified being. All revealed, all be healed many tears yet much guidance in dissolving all fears.
